  • Q: Do you provide free estimate for clients?

    A: Yes. Simply, request "Free Estimate" form for us in order do learn little bit more about your project. First, we'll chat by phone to learn more about your desired outcome and determine if the scope of your project matches your budget. In order to provide an estimate, we may need to set up an in-person visit of your home.

  • Q: How much will my project cost?

    A: Generally speaking, it really depends on the size and scope of your project. The materials chosen, the size of the project, and age of the infrastructure can all impact the project cost. So the whole idea is up to you, what materials you want to use or how you want the project to be. You may request for our "Free Estimate" so we can discuss what you would like to do and how much you would like to spend. Often we can provide suggestions that help you get better value for your budget.

  • Q: How long will it take to get an estimate?

    A: Generally, we try to do as fast as possible within the time frame that was requested. Sometimes, it may take a bit longer due to pending projects in process. We try to provide it upon request. By obtaining information from the "Free Estimate" form, it makes a lot easier to provide more accurate estimate as well as within a shorter time frame.

  • Q: Is my project too small for your company?

    A: No, absolutely not! It does not matter if the project is big or small. We work with different projects in diverse sizes.

  • Q: Do you have current contractors license?

  • Q: How will i contact project manager before and during my job?

    A: You will be given all the contact information you will need once you become our client. This will include your project manager's email and cell phone number. As well, you may find all the contact information of all our team on the "Contact Us" page.

  • Q: Do you have letters of references from clients I can contact?

    A: Yes. Please see our "References Page". We also have clients who have graciously opened their homes to help prospective clients decide.

  • Q: Do you have a written safety program and follow safe work practices?

    A: We are committed to ensuring that we exceed customer expectations on every job. Our top priorities are: timely job completion, high quality & professional work and the use of the highest quality materials for the best results. We pride ourselves on the time and support we invest in our customers so that they can make an informed decision about their painting and remodeling needs.

  • Q: How long has ANK Construction has been in business?

    A: ANK Construction has been incorporated in March, 2000. However, all our team members had years of experience prior that year. In our team, we have experts in different fields; some in painting while others in building, construction and remodeling. In the March 2000, that is when Andrey Kozak (Owner of ANK Construction) has decided it's time to open the business with the passion and determination that he had. Now he leads a team of more than 45 people that have years of experiences in many construction fields. 

  • Q: Do you use green materials and methods?

    A: Yes, but it depends on the owner’s specific requirements for the project and the budget.
